We value your privacy as much as we do my own. we have committed to only collecting the bare minimum data and keeping this information safe. We will never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we will never give anyone access to it unless we are forced to by law.
How we collect information
Our website does not use scripts or native social media ‘like’ or ‘sharing’ buttons, which build profiles of your internet activity. But we do use cookies for analytics so that we can track the performance of the website to optimise it for SEO.

As soon as you make an enquiry, your information is shared with an appropriate wordsmith in the Wonderful World of Words, who is best placed to help with your requirements.
Where your information is stored
Information is stored and shared in Microsoft365. Once it has been passed to the appropriate wordsmith in the Wonderful World of Words, your data is deleted from our systems.
Once your personal wordsmith responds to your enquiry, your data will then be governed under that individual’s privacy policy.

Your information is only used so we can respond to your enquiry.

The steps we take to keep your information private
Your information will only be stored and shared in Microsoft365, which is password protected. Passwords are stored in an encrypted password manager. We also use a different, randomly generated password for each service, and never use the same password twice.
Computers and devices are protected by a passcode or fingerprint access. These computers ask for authentication whenever they’re started or after 5 minutes of inactivity.
